THE HOME OF TURKU OPEN
The Turku Open is played in the Luolavuori disc golf course, located right next to the city center of Turku.
The Luolavuori disc golf course, offers excellent and aesthetic settings for large-scale competitions, with rolling meadows and small forest areas. From a spectator's perspective, the course layout is excellent, allowing viewers to follow multiple fairways simultaneously from various vantage points.
On the open fairways, players can unleash long throws while contending with OB lines and occasional winds. Meanwhile, the occasional wooded fairways in the middle of the course aim to challenge players for precision alongside the open fairways. Temporary changes made to the course for the 2024 competition will make the layout more challenging to play, but at the same time, more spectator-friendly.
The course map and layout will be released in May 2024.
Arrival and Parking
Luolavuori disc golf course is located just a few kilometers from the center of Turku.
Address: Luolavuorentie 51, Turku.
You can reach the entrance of the area directly by bus, on foot, by bike, or by electric scooter.
Free spectator parking is available at the parking lot of Turun Ammatti-Instituutin Ruiskatu campus, a 600-meter walk from the entrance to the area.
